Returns & Exchanges
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number, return item and reason for the return. A return request must be made within 7 days of the receipt of your order.
All returns are to be sent back with the filled Return Form printout.
Orders made during the promotional period or with promotional codes, store credits issued for returns, sale items, are not allowed for returns.
All returns must be mailed back in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, unaltered with all tags intact via a traceable mode of posting (registered post/ smart pac / courier). It must reach us within 7 days for local orders or 20 days for international orders, from the date your order is accepted for return.
We are not be liable for lost returns that are not mailed back via a trackable source. The return will not be valid if we do not receive your parcel.
Store credits (valid for 1 year) will be credited to your account within 5 working days upon receiving the return package.
We do not offer the exchange at the moment. The best way is to return the item for store credits which you can use to purchase your new item.
INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
We are committed to providing you with quality products. However, in the case of any defects or wrong items being sent to you, we would be glad to do an exchange or refund via store credit (valid for 1 year from the date of issue).
In case of item defects, kindly email us at email@example.com within 7 working days of receiving the item(s) with your order number and snapshots of the defect area clearly. We'll advice you on the procedure for your return.
If the defected item is still in stock, a replacement piece will be sent out together with a stamped envelope for the return of the defective piece. Customers will be required to mail the defective piece out to us within 7 working days. In the event whereby the defected item is out of stock, store credits will be issued. The refund will only be done if the item is being returned to us.
All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact should it come with it. Items that do not fulfil these criteria will be rejected duly.
Measurements stated may be subjected to a 0.5" variance.
Do take note that UK sizing can only serve as a rough gauge and cannot be taken as a comprehensive guide.
The colours shown may deviate slightly on different screens as different tech devices have different colour resolutions. As such, colours may be portrayed with slight differences to the human eye (and under different lighting). In the cases above, no refunds/exchanges will be made.
Minor problems with stitching and markings are not considered as defects.
For items with a light-coloured base, there may be slight small black dots that are not obvious. As this does not change the overall appearance of the item, it will not be considered a defect.
