SHIPPING
We offer free courier delivery for orders above $60 SGD for local addressee. For orders below $60, delivery is $3.
Delivery fee for International orders vary for different zones and more details can be found here.
Your order will be processed within 1-3 working days and will be attempted to deliver to you within 3 working days from the day the package is dispatched.
For International customers your order will be processed within 1-3 working days and will take about 10-20 days to reach you depending on where you are from the day the package is dispatched.
PAYMENT
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay and Google Pay for local and international customers.
Customers residing in Singapore may also use PAYNOW, GrabPay and any of our "Buy Now Pay Later"/ 0% Interest Free providers such as Grab PayLater and ATOME for your payment.
ORDERS
Please inform our customer service as soon as possible with your order number and we will do our utmost best to accommodate the changes, if possible.
PRODUCT
Our products are produced in small batches to preserve resources and avoid waste. We'll restock the sold out item if there is a strong interest.
To express your interest in having a restock, click on the black bar at the right side of the product's page that says “Join Waiting List”.
RETURNS
We are committed to create good products. However, if our item is unsuitable for you, we are glad to assist you.
Please email returns@themono.co within 7 days of the receipt of your order, stating your order number, return item. It would be great if you can share the reason for the return.
All returns must be mailed back in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, unaltered with all tags intact via a traceable mode of posting. It must reach us within 7 days for local orders or 20 days for international orders, from the date your order is accepted for return.
Store credits (valid for 1 year) will be issued to your account within 5 working days upon receiving the return package.
Orders made during the promotional period or with promotional codes, store credits issued for returns, sale items, are not allowed for returns.
Currently, we do not offer any exchange. The best way is to return the item for store credits which you can use to purchase your new item.
We are committed to providing you with quality products. However, in the case of any defects or wrong items being sent to you, please contact our customer service - returns@themono.co with your order number and we would be glad to do an exchange or refund via store credit (valid for 1 year from the date of issue).
STORE CREDITS
Your available store credits should be reflected at the bottom of the "Shopping Cart" page.
Please make sure you are logged in to your account, press on the "Check out" button to proceed, and the "Return to Cart" button if it is not reflected on the page.
You should then be able to see the available store credits on the "Shopping Cart" page and the available amount will be automatically deducted from your total.
